Our online courses are carefully curated with the objective of bringing practical Asia-centric industry practitioner and consulting know-hows into global trade and customs training courses so as to empower our students in making informed decisions about their global trade strategies and operations. All our trainers are seasoned global trade and customs professionals in Asia who have either previously worked in multinational companies or established consulting practices in senior roles.

1. 3. When can I access the Course Materials after I have purchased the course?

An email with a link to access the Online Course and Course Materials will be sent to your registered email once full payment is completed successfully.

1. 4. How do I obtain the Course Materials after my purchase of the Online Course?

An email with a link to access the Online Course and Course Materials will be sent to your registered email address once full payment is completed successfully. Only electronic copies will be made available. No hardcopy will be issued.

1. 5. Do I have to access the Online Course at a specific time?

The courses presentation by the trainer(s) are pre-recorded and available on demand at any time that is convenient for you. Your access rights are valid for a 60-day period from the issuance date of the access link to your registered email address.

1. 6. What can I access after my purchase of your online course?

You can access-on-demand the (i) course presentation materials and (ii) Accompanying voice recordings by the trainers during the 60-day access period. For the course presentation materials, an electronic pdf copy without the pre-recordings of the trainers will be made available for your download during this time period. Once the electronic pdf copy is downloaded, you will have access to the copy even after the 60-day access period has ended. For the accompanying course pre-recordings by the trainers, they will be available for streaming-on-demand during the 60-access period only and not downloadable.

1. 7. I have purchased an Online Course from AC Trade Advisory. How do I access my Online Course?

An email with a link to access the Online Course will be sent to your registered email once full payment is completed successfully. By clicking
on the link, it will bring you to the course recordings and materials.

1. 8. Is there a validity period to access the Online Course that I have purchased?

The link to access the course recordings and materials remain valid and accessible by the registered email address for a 60-day period from the issuance date of the access link to your registered email address.

1. 9. How can I extend the validity period to access the course that I have purchased?

Course access beyond the 60-day period from issuance date of the access link to your registered email address is not extendable.

1. 1. Apart from laptops, can I take the online course on my iPad, mobile phone or electronic tablet?

Apart from laptops, the online course can be accessed on iPads, mobile phones and electronic tablets.

1. 2. Are the online courses compatible with both Microsoft Windows and Apple's mac OS?

The online courses are compatible on both Microsoft Windows and Apple’s OS.

1. 3. Is internet access required during the course?

A stable high-speed internet connection is required to stream the online course recordings and to access the other course materials in pdf copy. Electronic downloads of the pdf copy of the course materials (without the accompanying voice recordings of the trainers) onto your electronic device also require a stable high-speed internet connection. After the downloading onto your device, you are able to view them without internet access subsequently.

The online courses are supportable by Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

1. 1. What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments can be made via credit / debit card, PayPal or Stripe. Cash, cheques or bank telegraphic transfers are not accepted.

1. 2. What currency are the fees denominated in?

The fees are denominated in Singapore Dollars as indicated in our website. If you are making payments in another currency, there may be currency conversion, administrative charges and / or other bank charges by your selected payment facility. Such charges are not reflected in the fees indicated on our website and they shall be entirely borne by you.

1. 1. How do I cancel or change my purchase of any online course?

As per Clause 2.5 of our Terms and Conditions for Purchases of Online Courses, once access rights have been granted to peruse the course presentation recordings and other course materials, the order will be considered completed and you shall have no right to cancel or change your order.

AC Trade Advisory undertakes to respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data. For your purchase of our Services and accessibility to our Services, we will require your personal data including your relevant payment facility details. It is our policy to collect the minimum personal data when it is necessary for reasonable business purposes or to meet the purposes for which you have submitted your personal data.

Once you have completed the online course, a Certificate of Completion will be issued to your registered email address. The Certificate will be downloadable in electronic soft copy.

1. 2. Can I receive my certificate without completing the course?

No Certificate of Completion will be issued to those who did not complete their Online Course or Courses before the 60-day access period from the issuance date of your access rights to peruse the course presentation recordings, presentation materials and all other related course materials.
